Welcome to the Thirty-third Annual
Commercial Real Estate Awards Gala,
and NAIOP NJ’s 50th Anniversary Celebration.

The Officers, Trustees, staff and I could not be more humbled by and appreciative of the support you — our sponsors and guests — have given to the Gala and our esteemed Honorees. To Gene, Bob, Anne, Mayor Turner, the Visceglia family, and all of the Deal of the Year Finalists, mere words cannot express our gratitude for your graciousness, patience and faith as we were forced to change dates and formats. Just like NAIOP has had our backs for the past 50 years, all of you have had NAIOP’s back in making tonight possible. 

NAIOP’s core mission is advocacy. Throughout the COVID-19 crisis, we have worked closely with the Murphy Administration, legislative leaders and our business community colleagues to protect your interests, and pave the way to a safe reopening and recovery of our economy. This astonishing disruption will reshape commercial real estate, economic and social landscapes, and public policy in unforeseen ways for years to come. Be assured, NAIOP will be part of the solutions.
 
The Gala is a night for our extended commercial real estate family to gather, reconnect, celebrate, share. . .and even do a deal or two. We will miss the handshakes and hugs tonight, but we look forward to the better days ahead.
